I love performing for kids because they are the most honest audience you’ll ever have. If they get bored, they’ll sure let you know it! But when they’re having fun, their joy is so genuine and real. I also makes me happy to feel like a positive influence in kid’s lives, if only for a short time. I do lively, interactive concerts, featuring songs from my two albums, “I See a Tiger” and “Come Join the Parade”. I love getting the kids to play and sing along, make suggestions, and use their imaginations. I use my background in improv and theater to make unique, imaginative shows that bring my songs to life. I’ve performed at schools, libraries, fairs and children’s concert series. Often I work with my husband, Rick Hall, who helps me get the kids involved, and is just a big kid himself.
