We’ve got a brand new puppy at our house
We’ve got a cute little puppy at our house
We’ve got a brand new, cuddly little, fluffy little puppy
And we’re having some fun at our house

I was the one who got to pick her out
She was the cutest puppy there without a doubt
We got her toys and lots of doggy chews
But her favorite thing seems to be daddy’s shoes

When I’m gone I know that she misses me
Cause when I get home she jumps up and kisses me
She goes crazy when I walk in the door
Sometimes she gets too excited and she piddles on the floor

I try to teach her tricks but the only one she’s got
Is where she jumps around and wags her tail a lot
I throw the ball and she likes to catch
But she never brings it back so it doesn’t count as fetch

Okay puppy, it’s time to do some tricks! Now sit…stay…good dog! Give me your paw.
Okay, now roll over. Come on, roll over! You can do it! Good dog! Sit up…now speak.
Woof! Good dog, here’s your treat!
